Covid-19 Update

We would like to let you know Sutech precautions regarding the outbreak of COVID-19.   The health and wellbeing of our clients, staff and general public is of the upmost importance to us.

We confirm that at this time, there is no shut-down to the building & construction industry, with all active and upcoming projects scheduled to continue. The Prime Minister included building & construction sites as essential service and there has currently been no change to this status. We are closely monitoring the situation, taking on government advice and ensuring continuity of business operations while preserving both our client and staff wellbeing.

For all future inspections, we will request confirmation prior to attending site of the following, have any of the owners / tenants:

  • Returned from overseas in the last 14 days
  • Been in contact with a suspected case or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • Have a fever or symptoms of a respiratory infection such as cough, sore throat or shortness of breath; symptoms present with or without travel
  • Where possible, that the consultant be free to walk around and look at the property alone so as to reduce contact. Wearing protective gloves and a mask as required.

For all current projects, we are required to be notified where clients or unit occupants:

  • Have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
  • Been in contact with a suspected case or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • Have a fever or symptoms of a respiratory infection such as cough, sore throat or shortness of breath; symptoms present with or without travel
